Sushi Sasabune (五顆星推薦)

sasabune

401 E 73rd St
New York, NY 10021

No Spicy Tuna. No California Roll. Trust Me.

Pasta Pasta

basta_pasta.JPG

Tomoe Sushi

172 Thompson St # A New York, NY 10012
(212) 777-9346

Matsugen

241 Church St New York, NY 10013
(212) 925-0202

  • An old friend...

Hello, Irene, We traded email back in 2006. I'm the "Omurice" girl. I wrote and asked you about where I can get Omurice, and you recommeded me "Riki". Nice to see that you wrote about the place. I am going to Hawaii also in 20 days. Do you know that there is a Sushi Sasabune in Honolulu? I have been there before, and the food was wonderful. Going back again. It is funny to see that our life crossed path on the places we dined. I had a same experience at Matsugen.
    Happy New Year!!!
  • Hey Helena, I remember you? How are you? Are you still in New York? I know that there is SuShi Sasabune in Honolulu. I went to the NY one twice, the first time loves it, second time feels soso. But my friend who went to the one in Honolulu loves it. You should try. Hope you have a great time in Hawaii! Happy New Year!!!!

  • OMG.

Did you need to search your old emails to look me up? It was like 3 years ago we traded emails. Anyhow, I can't wait to get on my flight to Hawaii. This winter has been too cold. Btw, I live in Philly now. It's nice to read the Japanese places. I miss the desserts at Cha-an.
    Cheers!
  • Ha I didn't have to search my email at all! Cause you are the only person who asked me about Riki! Yes I miss Hawaii since I came back. Are you going to Maui as well? You should go, I like it more than Honolulu. So you are in Philly? Must miss NY a lot cause i bet they dun have so many nice restaurants, but must be a more peaceful and quieter life over there.

Yes, it is very quiet and peaceful in Philly. I do go up to visit NY regulary, because that's where I shop for all my stuff. I am not sure that I will make it to Maui this time. I plan to visit Sushi Sasabune in Honolulu.
